Mico (John) Mansion is built.

[1707] The three-story brick house is located at today’s 60 Tremont Street. After Mico’s death, it is purchased by Jacob Wendell, and then by Thomas Boylston. It becomes a boarding house in 1829,* and is demolished to make way for construction of a hotel in 1854.
